He’s a Fractional COO with 20+ years across South Africa, the US, the Netherlands, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Australia and New Zealand, and a registered professional engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA mentor accreditation. He built and now runs the Inokrate 6-Stage Operations Playbook (Orient, Diagnose, Stabilise, Structure, Embed, Exit/Evolve), a framework designed so the organisation ends up owning its own operating model instead of depending on him to run it. He’s also a founder himself, running Inokrate and co-owning GiGTRiBE and Fiftyknots, so he works from the founder’s chair, not just outside it.
His grounding is operational, not theoretical. At Royal HaskoningDHV, he led a multidisciplinary engineering advisory team of up to 30 professionals, accountable for technical delivery, market development, client relationships and financial performance all at once. The harder part, and the one that shaped how he works now, was keeping what clients needed, what the business sold and what it could actually deliver profitably in alignment. That’s six years of international infrastructure delivery under real pressure, not a slide deck about it.
