Founder-led businesses that have outgrown their existing financial processes hit a specific wall: the reporting still works, but it’s no longer helping anyone make better decisions. Yerusha steps in at that inflection point, connecting strategy, finance, governance and risk into one framework so leadership teams can scale with confidence rather than guesswork.
She’s a Fractional CFO based in Sandton with 15 to 20 years of experience across South Africa, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Southern and Eastern Africa, having worked with organisations ranging from Coca-Cola, CHEP and Ernst & Young to founder-led SMEs, family businesses and venture-backed companies. Her methodology rests on five pillars: strategic clarity, financial foundations, governance and accountability, risk and strategic foresight, and performance and scale. She currently serves as a Fractional CFO, Board Chair and Non-Executive Director across the UK, Dubai, India and Africa, is a member of SAICA and IRMSA, and an alumna of GIBS and the Veblen Director Programme.
Her signature project was redesigning and implementing an enterprise-wide Enterprise Risk Management framework for a blue-chip listed European company operating a US$1.2 billion business across 30 countries. The work turned risk management from a compliance exercise into a genuine strategic decision-making tool, embedding it into planning, investment decisions and governance rather than leaving it as a box ticked after the fact.
Yerusha works best with ambitious founders and leadership teams ready to move past a purely entrepreneurial way of operating. Her guiding line is simple: bringing clarity to complexity.
